At the 4th IEWC and the concurrent trade fairs, Metallurgy India and Tube India International, there were both exhibitor and visitor records. 274 exhibitors from 22 countries held many intensive talks with competent counterparts.
Altogether, almost 6,500 trade visitors from 29 countries came to Mumbai – over 60% more than to New Delhi in 2008. The trade fair trio therefore proved its significance as the largest platform for joining, cutting and surfacing as well as metallurgy, pipes and pipelines on the subcontinent.
